How to Get a Dodo Code
Follow these simple steps after placing your order so our team can visit your island and complete your delivery smoothly.
Before you start
You need an active Nintendo Switch Online membership to open your island for online visitors.
Please go to your airport and talk to Orville. He will help you open your gate and create a Dodo Code.
Important: A regular internet connection alone is not enough. Nintendo Switch Online must be active before delivery can work.

Steps to get your Dodo Code
Choose “I want visitors.”Tell Orville you want to open your island for visitors.
Choose “Via online play.”This lets other players visit through the internet.
Choose “Invite via Dodo Code.”This creates a private code for your delivery.
Choose “The more the merrier.”This allows the delivery team to join using the code.
Choose “Yeah, invite anyone.”After this, Orville will show your 5 character Dodo Code.
After you receive the code
Send your order number and Dodo Code to us in live chat. Please keep your airport gate open and keep live chat open until your delivery is complete.
