At ACNHMALL, we want every order to feel easy, safe, and stress free. If something goes wrong because of a mistake on our side, we will always try to make it right.
This policy explains when refunds, redelivery, replacements, and cancellations may be available.
- Completed digital in-game orders are final once delivered or provided.
- If we make a mistake, we will help fix the order first.
- Missing or wrong items are usually redelivered or replaced first.
- Refunds may be available when we cannot complete or fix the order.

If something goes wrong because of a mistake on our side, we will make it right. We always try to fix the order first through redelivery, replacement, or completion. Refunds are considered when we cannot fix or complete the order.
ACNHMALL provides digital game delivery services. No physical products are shipped.
Completed orders are final once the purchased service, island access, villager access, catalog service, or delivery has been provided.
You may be eligible for a refund if we cannot deliver your order, the item or service is unavailable, a duplicate payment was made, or you cancel before we start preparing or delivering your order.
If only part of your order cannot be completed, we may refund only the part that was not delivered.
For most order issues, we will try to fix the order first.
We may redeliver, replace missing items, or finish the order if delivery was interrupted, the wrong item was delivered, your island disconnected, or part of the order was not completed.
If something seems wrong or missing with your order, please contact us through live chat. We will review your order details and help fix any confirmed mistake with redelivery or completion at no extra cost.
Refunds are only considered if we cannot fix the order.
Refunds may not be available if the order cannot be completed because of something outside our control.
This includes an incorrect Dodo Code, a closed or changed airport gate, no reply in live chat, connection issues, Nintendo Online issues, Nintendo server issues, or your island not being ready.
If the order can still be completed, we will help you reschedule.
Villager orders require at least 6 villagers on your island and one open empty plot before we start.
Once we provide the Dodo Code or island access, the order is considered started and is not refundable.
If your island is not ready yet, no worries — contact us anytime once you have an open plot. Our support team is available 24/7 and happy to help you reschedule.
If you think you were charged twice, please contact us so we can check.
Confirmed duplicate payments or undelivered duplicate orders can be refunded to the original payment method. You may also choose store credit for the same amount to use on a future order.
Failed checkout attempts may show as a pending charge. If payment was not captured by ACNHMALL, your bank or payment provider will usually release it automatically.
Please contact us through live chat right away if you need to cancel or change your order.
We may be able to help if our team has not started preparing or delivering it yet. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
We usually process refunds within 2 to 3 business days, but your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show it in your account.
Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method.
